  2. It is a collection of the best posts from around the blogosphere, submitted to whomever is the host for the following week. Every Wednesday or Thursday the Carnival is posted.
    It’s a good way of getting some increased exposure to your site, and also allows you to read some other good sites that you might not otherwise read.
