I never have, but I read an article on it once, and I've wondered since if it's any good. It's the story (if I remember correctly) of a team of construction workers renovating a creepy old insane asylum building, and who are killed one by one. I don't know any more than that, other than the movie's most interesting trivia fact: It was actually filmed in an abandoned insane asylum building in Danvers, Massachussets.
