		<description>I think Green is getting more than a little paranoid.  After 2000 it was bound to happen that each side (some more than others) would start complaining about the process early, and they have some valid complaints.  Remember that, even after a horribly divisive Court battle, Al Gore gave a gracious concession speech expressing his disagreement with the Court, but acceptance of their authority.  I see no reason that John Kerry or George Bush wouldn&#039;t do the same.
