In a normal world, this would be considered an antidote to sanity. It’s a mindless, stereotypical flash cartoon response to the Bush administration who, if the cartoon is to be believed, not only wants control over your very body, but actually is violating Constitutional law by attempting to pass laws through the judiciary to achieve it.
The origins of Choice Chick (trademarked by Planned Parenthood–believe me, no one else would want to claim that ridiculous moniker) are about as ridiculous as the origins of Mosquito Man, a superhero created three summers ago by myself and four other friends. The only difference being, we weren’t deadly serious about our hero’s abilities or purpose in life.
Planned Parenthood, on the other hand, has decided to drop the other shoe, making this the second stupid campaign it’s conducted in three weeks.
Why did I just watch that?
I couldn’t even finish watching it. It’d be funny… if it weren’t scary. I enjoyed the Mosquito Man reference :)
dude…what’s scary to me is that you’re right in saying these people earnestly believe that they are on the side of morality…we’ve backslid so far that they really truly say that this theirs is the correct way to think…
Lauren’s right, too…it’d be friggin’ hysterical if it weren’t so frightening…
