Select from a variety of perky phrases that are sure to convince anyone that murdering fetuses is a personal freedom and right–guaranteed by the Constitution! Choose from the following:
- Abortion is Convenience
- Yeah, I Aborted My Fetus. What Are YOU Going To Do About It?
- Abortion Is A Private Matter
- Abortion. At Least I Don’t Eat Babies For Breakfast.
- Shouldn’t You?
- Coat Hangers are Bad
But that’s not all! Planned Parenthood also offers coffee mugs, mouse pads, even teddy bears with striking social statements in defense of choice. So exercise your right to choice and spread the word! We guarantee you will be heard.
I can only seem to find the one shirt. I tried to get the “Yeah, I Aborted My Fetus. What Are YOU Going To Do About It?” bumper sticker, because I want people to know that it’s my right to make such assertions, but I couldn’t find it.
Also, I ran across these pills that you can apparently get from them without perscription.

My only questions are: Do chocolate birth control pills actually work, and secondly, why do they cost $96 for a 4 month supply?
This campaign borders on the more ludicrous and annoying tactics that PETA takes when the circus comes to town.
The really dumb thing about this is that women who have never had an abortion will buy and wear these shirts. These “shocker” shirts will get devoured by pop culture and become outdated and forgotten. In essence: it’s a pointless venture. Why embark in the first place?
Women’s Rights is no longer a topic alien to America. It already has clout.
So what are these people trying to prove? That women’s empowerment is derived from the donning of clothing or decals which bear immature and convoluded messages equating personal freedom with reactionary, b*tchy, fanaticism?
Women’s Rights is no longer a topic alien to America. It already has clout.
Planned Parenthood needs to get its head out of the sand. I wonder how many of them it takes to change a lightbulb. Geez.
I went to the Planned Parenthood link you provided, became enraged at the presence of a “gift shop” link, and needed to write more.
Planned Parenthood is a tired attempt to paint a fashionable veneer over America’s mess-ups with family, love, children, responsibility… you could go on for a while.
If anything, this shirt stuff is proof of that.
Planned Parenthood has a right to market whatever makes them happy.
Where’s my “I just unnecessarily wasted paper from an old growth forest and didn’t recycle my aluminum can” T-Shirt.
Or how about “I have leather in my car, I eat beef and I’m proud of it”?
Birth control pills are always expensive. That may be a little higher, but what do you expect for chocolate?
Planned Parenthood has a legal right to market whatever is legal. This is one of those legal things. That doesn’t mean people can’t harshly criticize them for being immoral. I’m not quite sure why everyone has to defend every statement that gets criticized as if the critics are arguing for government censorship when all they’re doing is disagreeing, making fun of them, or declaring such speech to be immoral. None of those things requires government censorship.
Shooter seems unable or unwilling to differentiate disagreement and censorship. Yes, PP can market and sell whatever they want. Schmucks may even buy their wares. Doesn’t not make it a stupid, pointless, misleading, ill-thought venture.
Interesting, isn’t it, that PP and other organizations advocating abortion will promote the practice with as much advertising as they can afford, but then angrily denounce and try to legally block the publication of photos that illustrate the very practice they advertise so heavily? Bizzaro World.
For years abortion advocates have tried to use the tact (directed toward the assertions of immorality of killing babies for the sake of convience) that getting an abortion is not convenient, but rather, a serious, soul-deep, heartwrenching decision of inescapable necessity….
Well, they’ve finally figured out nobody believed that whopper or excused abortion on those grounds, anyway, so they’ve done an aboutface and are now trying to diminish the seriousness of the practice in further attempts to make the murder of a baby acceptable.
If they can convince the public that killing one’s child is akin to the removal of that unsightly wart…
President Reagan said, “I notice that everyone who supports abortion has already been born.”
Yes, fetuses and zygotes should be considered people, even though they aren’t people yet. That way, we can say abortion is the same as murder… and use our phony outrage for political purposes.
That fetus could only hope it only got sucked out of the uterus intact, instead of getting torn apart by forceps or had a pair of scissors stuck in its head and brains sucked out. We treat animals giving birth better than humans.
I think that what pp are doing with these teeshirts is absolutely disgusting, I mean you are basically saying “yeah we are proud that we murder innocent babies” Did you know that the “fetus” that is supposedly not a baby yet, has a heart beat ten days after it is in the womans uterus. Makes me sick
