What is Howard Dean not telling the nation? This is a fascinating writeup on Dean’s funny silence on whether he himself has actually performed any abortions. What’s more important to me is the lack of any real response to the fact that he has admitted to lying so as to strengthen his support of allowing girls abortions without consulting their parents first. The Meet The Press excerpt is particularly telling.

DEAN: A pretty big omission, you mean?
